hot hatha yoga

A unique series of postures that combine the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional yoga in a specially heated room (40C, 40-50% humidity). The series is a cardiovascular workout that loosens, strengthens, and tones the muscles while calming the mind and reducing stress. The heat allows for safe deep stretching and promotes detoxification of the skin, blood, and muscles through sweat. This class is slower moving than our flow class and is suitable for all levels of experience.

hot hatha flow yoga

Hatha Flow is a sequence of traditional yoga poses, with an emphasis on linking breath with movement. This practice builds balance, stretches muscles and connective tissues, open joints, and strengthens the body overall. Our flow yoga is practiced in a specially heated room (40C, 40-50% humidity) that allows the release of stress from the body and mind. Suitable for all levels when practiced mindfully. Please advise us if you have any injuries or limitations on movement.

yin yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with floor postures that are held for longer periods of time. For beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to 2 minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one pose for 5 minutes or more. This class is practiced in a warm (not hot) room and aims to increase flexibility, open the connective tissues and joints, and leave you feeling very relaxed. Excellent for all levels (from seniors to athletes) to prevent injury, ease joint pain, and promote balance in the body.
